Smashed Avo is an Australian classic, avocados are gloriously green and beloved by all. This is probably our favorite snack and one that you feel good and satisfied after eating it. So quick and easy to make and great for on the go. There are SO many different recipes and combinations but two of our fave's are below.

- 1/4 Avocado
- 2 Rice Cakes (organic is best)
- Himalayan Salt
- Option 1 - red pepper flakes, gives it a nice kick!
- Option 2 -sesame seeds, a great source of calcium and magnesium
