We had a wedding in Byron Bay a couple weeks ago and we decided to make it a long weekend and stay at this gorgeous airbnb in Ocean Shores NSW. It won us over with its tranquility, organic textures, warm cabin feel (thanks to the wood burning stove) and stunning views of a river and nature reserve.
If you follow me on instagram then you would have seen all my insta stories where I spent most of the weekend in this big tub, full of bubbles and paired with hot tea, this great book and maybe a brownie or two! ;)
So much natural light!!
The house is architect designed by Murray Cox. It catches a lovely ocean breezes and you feel as though you just melt away when you walk in the front door. The "spine" down the middle of the house is constructed from Rammed Earth and is one of my absolute favorite features. The host Skye is a cookbook author and has the kitchen fully stocked with everything you could possible need to make a fabulous meal (or if you're like me and the last thing you want to do on a holiday is cook then check her restaraunt and cafe reccmendations)!
Another bonus is her "zen room" overlooking the garden where she has all the supplies like essential oils, hot stones and message table to truly achieve some real R&R. We loved our stay so much that I wanted to GIFT you guys $50 towards your next holiday or staycation! And you can stay at this gorgeous getaway here.
